We deliver within the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

We deliver parcels to Zásilkovna (Paketa) pick-up points, via delivery companies or the Czech post. It is possible to also pick your order in person in our studio in Prague 5 (we are not a physical store, it is necessary to agree on the pick-up time ahead).

You automatically get free delivery from us on orders over 2000 CZK.

Delivery time

Unless stated otherwise, we process orders at the latest the following day after receiving the payment, and each product has a clearly given production and expedition time. Dispatching orders in the shortest time possible is our priority.

Reverse logistics

The price for repeated delivery as a result of not picking up or accepting the parcel follows our standard price list and it is necessary to cover it even if requirements for free delivery were met at the time of creating the order. In case of not picking up the parcel from your side based on the chosen delivery option, it is also necessary to pay the fee for the return of the parcel to us and the related storage fees.
